SUMMARY:Chicago Improv Invasion Day 1: ft James G. Gretchworth & Worst Case Improv
DESCRIPTION:Chicago improvisors are descending on Kalamazoo. For two nights\, Crawlspace audiences will be treated to the best in the biz. Don’t miss out. James G. Gretchworth is James Dugan and Gretchen Eng\, two seasoned improv teachers based in Chicago who specialize in performing and teaching the magic of two-person scenes. They have worked together as a duo for years\, both on Chicago stages and headlining festivals across the country. As close friends\, they promote the importance of patient\, caring improv that brings emotional stakes and a shared frame of reference to their shows. They are also funny. In this original show\, each performance ends with our main characters facing a “worst case scenario” situation. The best part: you get to pick it. Veteran improvisors Tom Blandford & Dann Sytsma will work their way through the classic Worst Case survival guide\, one treacherous scenario at a time. From a shark attack to escaping a sinking car\, laugh your way through every death cheating performance. Show Date: Aug 07 Show Time: 07:30 PM-09:00 PM Tickets: $20 Doors Open: 6:30 PM Intended for mature audiences.\n\nhttps://laugh.town/shows/chicago-improv-invasion-day-1-ft-james-g-gretchworth-worst-case-improv-crawlspace-comedy-theatre-2026-08-07-730pm
