This show features SPECIAL GUEST JD Walsh! J.D. Walsh was the founder of Ultimate Improv in Westwood, CA and has been teaching improv for 30 years in Southern California. JD, a graduate of UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television has performed in over 100 national commercials, TV shows such as Hacks, Tulsa Kings and Two and a Half Men, 24 and movies from The Amazing Spiderman to Bad Boys 2. In 1999 JD opened Ultimate, a theatre that believes Improv/Comedy does not need to be fast, loud and soulless but instead requires patience, risk and heart. He has been a visiting instructor at the Globe Theater in San Diego as well as teaching improv workshops in Chicago, New Zealand, Boston and New York. It’s a Grown Up Improv Show by Monkey Business Institute! Our Grown-Up Show features two acts of hilarious improv comedy. This show is for people who like their improv a little bit saucy, so content is usually rated PG-13 with an occasional dip above “PG-17.” Show starts at 8:00pm, doors open at 7:15pm. There is no food service during the show, so please eat before or after the show. Many of our performance areas are small spaces with little air circulation. If you’re sick and feel you might be contagious, please stay home to keep others safe. Just notify us of the situation, and we’ll be happy to refund you the tickets.
