Monday night at 9 PM is for people who prefer laughing to scrolling. The October 19th show at Comedy Village serves NYC stand-up comedy in a room that has plenty of space to breathe. With smaller crowds comes better access: more choice of seats and comics who can interact directly with the audience. The vibe is intimate and conversational, and the material tends toward stories and observations that feel more like talking with a friend than performing at a stranger.
