One studies human behavior for a living. The other played college football, dreamed about the NFL and ended up with a gluten allergy. Naturally, they became comedians. Comedy Heights opens October this Friday and Saturday, October 2 and 3, with Sinan Julnes and Danny Dunn at Lestat’s. San Diego based Sinan Julnes is a comedian and host known for high energy observational humor and crowd work. His day job makes things even more interesting. Sinan is an Industrial Organizational Psychologist and corporate consultant, which means he studies human behavior professionally, then gets onstage at night and uses what he learned against the rest of us. His material digs into workplace culture, corporate absurdity and everyday life. Sinan Julnes Bio Danny Dunn comes down from Los Angeles by way of Indiana and Boston. A former college football player whose NFL plans didn’t quite work out, Danny started stand up after college and eventually moved west. He now produces two monthly comedy shows in Los Angeles, performs around the country and has recently appeared at Zanies in Chicago and The Comedy Store.
